Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all cruises, bookings and charter services of Weisse Flotte Heidelberg GmbH & Co. KG, Neckarstaden 25, 69117 Heidelberg, Germany.

1. Scope

The terms apply to the purchase of tickets, vouchers and to group and charter bookings. Deviating conditions are only accepted with our express written consent.

2. Conclusion of contract & booking

The transport contract is concluded upon purchase of a ticket or upon our booking confirmation. Online bookings are processed via our partner FareHarbor, whose terms apply additionally.

3. Prices & payment

The prices shown at the time of booking apply, including statutory VAT.

4. Cancellation & rebooking

Cancellation and rebooking conditions depend on the respective cruise or charter offer. Please contact our ticket office.

5. Schedule changes & cancellations

In cases of force majeure, flooding or other unforeseeable events, cruises may be cancelled or changed. In this case we will endeavour to offer alternative dates or a refund.

6. Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for slightly negligent damage is excluded unless material contractual obligations are affected.
