Online ticket and voucher bookings are processed via our booking partner FareHarbor; FareHarbor’s terms apply in addition.

Summary (non-binding)

• Scope: ticket and voucher sales via our online shop; event performance may be subject to separate organiser terms.
• Contract formation and payment: via the online checkout (including PayPal/Stripe where offered).
• Withdrawal: for leisure services with a fixed date, the statutory right of withdrawal is generally excluded (§ 312g (2) no. 9 BGB).
• Tickets/vouchers: usually delivered by download or email; redemption rules as stated in the German AGB.
• On-board conduct, luggage, animals, schedule changes and liability: see the full German text.
• Applicable law: German law; no participation in consumer arbitration boards.
