Our main dock and ticket office are at Stadthalle Heidelberg, Neckarstaden 25, 69117 Heidelberg. Most of our cruises depart from here.

The ticket office is open Monday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. During the main season, our customer hotline is available daily from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Bus routes 31, 32 and 35 stop nearby. For route 35, use the Marstall stop. We recommend car park P8 at Kornmarkt, about two minutes away.
