Christmas party, year-end celebration or client event: aboard the Weisse Flotte, your company party becomes an evening on the Neckar. The ship belongs to your company for the night. From the heated lounge you watch the castle, the Old Bridge and the illuminated old town glide past.
We depart from the Stadthalle in Heidelberg and, on request, from Mannheim or other piers on the Neckar and Rhine – ideal for teams from across the Rhine-Neckar region.
We put the catering together to suit the season and your group size: Christmas buffet, seated menu or food stations. Food stations work well when networking and a party later on are the focus. Our standard decoration packages add a festive touch on board.

Reception on the upper deck
During boarding your guests arrive with mulled wine, mulled gin or hot Aperol and enjoy the view of wintry Heidelberg.

Dinner in the heated lounge
The Neckar valley passes by the large panoramic windows while buffet, menu or food stations are served.

The official part
Time for speeches, awards, a review of the year or a thank-you to your team – between courses or after dinner.

Party on board
With music, a DJ and a dance floor, dinner turns into a company party. If you want to keep going, move on to Club IV in Neuenheim: 150 m², two rooms, a DJ stage and space for more than 120 guests.

How many people can attend a Christmas party on board?
Depending on the ship, up to 50, 120, 250, 300 or 600 guests. For smaller teams of up to 42 people we also offer our igloo corporate package right on the Neckar.
Is it warm enough on board in winter?
Yes. The lounges are heated and have large panoramic windows. The upper deck is perfect for the mulled-wine reception, for example.
Where does the ship depart and how long is the cruise?
We depart from the Stadthalle in Heidelberg. On request we can also start in Mannheim or at other piers on the Neckar and Rhine. Our packages last 2 hours (incl. a 1.5-hour cruise) or 3 hours (incl. a 2-hour cruise). An individual charter usually means 1 hour of boarding and a 3-hour cruise, which you can extend as you like.
How much does a Christmas party on a boat cost?
Our charter packages are available at a fixed price for groups of 49 guests or more. The standard package costs €74.90 per person: 2 hours including a 1.5-hour cruise, drinks and tarte flambée, self-service without waiting staff. The premium package costs €99.90 per person: 3 hours including a 2-hour cruise, drinks, a small buffet and waiting staff. An individual charter with ship, duration and catering of your choice starts at €100 per person. For smaller teams there is the igloo corporate package (Monday to Wednesday from €80 per person).
Can we book a DJ or artists?
Yes. You book DJs, artists, the ice bar, casino and special technology directly with our partners; these services are not included in the charter price. We are happy to put you in touch.
How early should we enquire?
There is no fixed deadline; dates are allocated based on availability. The earlier you enquire, the more dates and ships you can choose from.
